My work spans full product lifecycle ownership, including problem definition, market and stakeholder analysis, product strategy and roadmapping, delivery planning, execution oversight, and post-launch optimisation. I have led and project-managed the design and delivery of multi-tenant SaaS platforms across logistics, retail, financial services, and corporate environments, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution, timelines, and budgets.
